Digital products

Because DIY toolkits are delivered immediately in digital form, refunds after download or access are generally not available, except where required by consumer law or where the file is defective and cannot be remedied.

Diagnostic and advisory sessions

  • Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice where calendar booking is used.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged as set out in the booking confirmation or engagement terms.

Sprints and bespoke work

Governed by the signed proposal or engagement letter, including any deposit and milestone terms.

Consumer-law savings

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
